1. Collection of personal data when you visit our website

Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally.

1.1 Provision of the website and storage of access data

If you use our website for information purposes only, without providing us with any other information (e-mail or contact form), we only collect personal data transmitted by your browser to our server. Each time you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website to you and to guarantee security when using the website (legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1, S. 1 lit. F GS-GVO):

IP address Date and time of the request Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) Contents of the request (concrete page) Access status or http status code amount of data transferred in each case Website from which you are redirected to us browser Operating system and its interface Language and version of the browser software This data is stored separately from other data that you enter in the context of the use of our offer as a so-called log file on our server. It is not possible for us to assign this data to a specific person. This data is evaluated for statistical purposes and deleted after one week. A passing on to third parties does not take place. The log files contain IP addresses or other data that enable an assignment to a user. This could be the case, for example, if the link to the Internet page from which the user accesses the Internet page or the link to the Internet page to which the user switches contains personal data. The data is also stored in the log files of our system. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data is stored in log files in order to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of their collection. In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended, in the case of data storage in log files no later than after seven days. A storage going beyond this is possible. In this case the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible. The collection and storage of data in log files is necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

1.2 Contact form / E-Mail

If you contact us via our contact form or by e-mail, the personal data you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number and address if applicable) will be stored by us in order to be able to respond to your enquiry/contact. We will delete this data as soon as it is no longer required to be stored (e.g. after processing your request) or restrict its processing if legal storage periods exist.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

1.3 Use of Cookies

In addition, our website uses cookies. These are text files which are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and which provide us with certain information when you use our website. We use cookies, which are technically necessary to make our website more user-friendly. Some areas of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a change of website. These text files do not execute any programs or installations of such on your computer. We also use cookies, which enable us to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. The user data collected in this way is automatically pseudonymised, so that it is no longer possible to assign the data to the calling user. The data are not stored together with other personal data of the users.

As the cookies are stored on the user's computer, you as the user also have full control over their use. By changing the settings in the browser, the transmission of cookies can be deactivated, restricted and already saved cookies deleted at any time. This can, however, lead to the fact that it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

In addition, so-called session cookies are used for access control and to improve user friendliness during registration on our website. This includes setting up a "session" between the client and server, which allows you to move around the portal without having to re-register for each area. This cookie is automatically deleted when you close your browser.

If the data processing is based on your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
